At MXCar, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided for bookings, subscriptions, or services purchased through our platform.

1. Booking Cancellation & Refunds

  • Customers may request cancellation before the service starts.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing:
    • More than 24 hours before service: Full refund
    • Within 24 hours of service: Partial refund may apply
    • After service has started/completed: No refund

2. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, or duplicate payment is made:

  • The amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Subscription or membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
  • In exceptional technical cases, MXCar may review refund requests individually.

4. Service Issues

If you experience:

  • Incorrect charges
  • Technical issues
  • Service not delivered

You may contact support within 7 days of the transaction for review.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Cards & Net Banking: 5–10 business days
